1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 5bmw1 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, games, sportsbook, and any associated services — you ("the User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 5bmw1 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 5bmw1 platform. Continued use of 5bmw1 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

5bmw1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on 5bmw1. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 5bmw1 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 5bmw1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Immediately notifying 5bmw1 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5bmw1 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 5bmw1 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on the 5bmw1 platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 5bmw1 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 5bmw1 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• 5bmw1 processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard.
• 5bmw1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method, subject to 5bmw1's discretion.

Deposits made to 5bmw1 are for the purpose of gaming only. 5bmw1 does not pay interest on Player account balances. Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account dashboard.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5bmw1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to your 5bmw1 account in PHP and must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

Players who do not wish to receive bonuses may opt out by contacting 5bmw1 support prior to making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited and wagering has commenced, the bonus cannot be reversed.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 5bmw1 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, video poker, bingo, and sportsbook — operate under individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5bmw1 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the 5bmw1 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 5bmw1 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5bmw1 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 5bmw1 platform — including but not limited to the 5bmw1 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5bmw1 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 5bmw1 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 5bmw1 platform without prior written consent from 5bmw1.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5bmw1 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 5bmw1 platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays outside 5bmw1's control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

5bmw1's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 5bmw1's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

5bmw1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 5bmw1 platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

5bmw1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• 5bmw1 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected or suspected.
• A Player's account has been inactive for an extended period.
• A Player requests account closure.

Upon termination for cause, 5bmw1 may withhold account balances pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 5bmw1 support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

5bmw1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 5bmw1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 5bmw1 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 5bmw1 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
